Dinner



I like healthy and tasty food. Today, I decided to make a healthy Japanese style salad for dinner. Here are the ingredients: Mixed salad leaves, medium to firm tofu, okras, olives. You can also put some sweet peppers and tomatoes to add some colours. The dressing is important, I choose japanese sesame salad dressing because it add flavour into the whole salad plus it is light and healthy.  

我很愛健康自然又美味的食物。今天我臨時決定要做和風胡麻豆腐沙拉,也正好家裡有需要的食材。以下是材料:混合沙拉葉,豆腐,秋葵,橄欖。要讓顏色更好看得話可以加入甜椒和小番茄。沙拉醬是完成這道料理最重要的材料,我選擇和風胡麻醬來點綴這道沙拉,因為它不僅清爽也很健康同時可以為這道沙拉增添和風味。
